All Seasons – Booking of groups 6 + people receive a 10% discount (can be combined with other offers)

RATES INCLUDE:

• Rates are per person, per night – including 16% VAT and transfers between Mfuwe Airport and Lodge
• All meals (private dining available), beverages, house wines, local spirits & Laundry
• Professionally guided safari activities: game drives (day & night), bush *walks

FLIGHTS AND TRANSFERS

• Jeki (JEK) airstrip services Chiawa Camp and Old Mondoro – we can quote and book scheduled and charter flights on a request basis
• Mfuwe (MFU) international airport services Puku Ridge/Chichele – we can quote and book scheduled and charter flights on a request basis
• There are daily, scheduled non-stop flights on Proflight between Mfuwe + Jeki, and Livingstone (LVI) + Jeki, June-October
• TRANSFERS TO/FROM OTHER CAMPS BY ROAD | RIVER – can be quoted and provided for on a case-by-case basis

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Confirmed Bookings Is where ZLLC in conjunction with Chiawa Safaris is in receipt of Deposit or full payment OR irrevocable commitment thereof; otherwise, the booking is Provisional
• Provisional Bookings Will be held for as long as possible and will not be released without first consulting with you
• Deposit of 20% is payable to confirm any new booking; 30% to access discounted rates for Groups and Exclusive-Use. Full payment is required 45+ days before arrival
• Payment will be made directly to Chiawa Safaris where it will be held securely in a separate call deposit account; payment details attached
• Cancellations 46+ Days, the Deposit will be forfeit
• Cancellations 45 – 0 Days, 90% of the Chiawa Safaris invoice will be forfeit
• Insurance It is essential to purchase CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) and comprehensive travel insurance including Medical Evacuation & Hospitalisation
• Force Majeure ZLLC in conjunction with Chiawa Safaris and/or their agents, representatives, owners and employees accept no responsibility for any claim arising from disappointment, delay or cancellation for part or all of any safari booked through this company for circumstances beyond our control
